We made an appointment for service at this location, and received a confirmation a day prior for the date and time. When we arrived, the person at the desk said that they did not have us on the schedule, and if we wanted to be fit in we would have to wait until the end of the day, which meant hours of waiting, despite a clear schedule and confirmation documented and sent to us.
