It doesn't surprise me to read these reviews. They had the audacity to remove the note I wrote to my father days after dying. I don't even understand where a person can think it's their place or they have the right to do that. They posted his obituary with several mistakes in it. I asked them to fix it and they were unwilling to fix it. I would rather die out on the street and stay there before I would use their service. SELF RIGHTEOUS people. I'm sorry dad.

During the viewing of my Uncle that recently passed the owner of Pinkel Funeral Home was very rude! She insulted my two year old and constantly followed me around. She was very thoughtless at a time of our grievance and rushed us to leave. When I attempted to exit the funeral home carrying my one month old and crying she continued to stand in my path and refuse to move so I could exit. The service was rushed.
