Recieved a defective (battery) product sent it back asking for a replacement was instead given a refund, as the sale is over said item is significantly more expensive now replacement seem unlikely(even sending me a new battery to install would have been fine)...not impressed and the customer service i recieved was poor last time customer.
Unfortunately I have to even leave a star - They use T-Force for delivery whose tracking is virtually useless - Never arrived. First they give you a guaranteed date of delivery, then they say the courier is 7 days behind schedule, then they say they are doing a 7-10 day investigation but no refund of funds. So basically collected funds for a product they didnt deliver with no money back. Worst online experience ever.
