This company has incredibly poor customer service. We never received our order, which we understand happens. They then tried to shift the burden onto us, only offering a partial refund. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to 100% refund. Upon reviewing our bank statement, we were only refunded 19% for product we never received. Hard pass for dealing with them. Use at your own risk.
This company has very rude customer service even the managers are snarky and unhelpful. Won’t be receiving my baby shower dress to the right address which I had to budget for it because it’s expensive!! so now I’m probably going to be stuck trying to get an old dress around my third trimester belly or wearing leggings to my only baby shower I’ll ever have since this baby is a miracle rainbow baby. No refunds and no help at all to get the dress going to the right place. :/ very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company.
My order was automatically cancelled just because of my home address. Apparently any orders going to my home town are considered fraudulent so I’m basically not able to purchase from this company. I live in a suburb of a major city… Not pleased with this discriminatory treatment.
Awful quality clothes, terrible customer service
Right now, I’m not happy. I ordered a couple nights ago and the tracking system sucks, it takes you to a dead link and an ad filled page that forces you to download a tracking app. I don’t like that.The validity of this company is making me very uneasy. I reached out to customer service and I swear it’s a bot bc all they did was send me what I just explained above. Only giving two stars cuz my review has yet to be completed based on the fulfillment of my purchase.
