We still enjoy the ice cream even though the prices keep going up, but the place is not well kept and staff could be more welcoming.

I decided to visit Pinkberry today after manyyy years. I used to love it and was excited to share the experience with my kids. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I walked in, the two employees, a young man with an afro and a Latina woman, seemed annoyed. As I placed my order, I was rushed.
