Dec.28th.25-8:15pm Worker wore headphones the entire time, didn’t even bother to look you in the eyes just said only one flavor and will take 30 minutes to set up. No smoothies.. this was 45 minutes before they even closed…. Terrible…
Lazy is the word I have. We walked 40 gates to get a smoothie an hour before closing and the woman working said no smoothies. Just say you don’t want to make them and clean the machines

There was a sign for the pinkberry points displayed where the cash register is located but you can't scan to earn points. They should not have the sign displayed to confuse loyalty customers. The chocolate hazelnut froyo did not look like the right color. I asked if the recipe is changed, the worker said that this location is a separate entity from other Pinkberry locations and they use different products from Pinkberry. The froyo looked watered down and tasted like it too. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be coming back.
