This place is sooo dirtyyy.. they really need to get it together and clean up. floors sticky, tables dirty, walls dirty...the fruit from pinkberry was old and tried the cheesecake bites they lookeed uncooked...never coming back !!!
Placed a drive up order here, showed up five mins before closing to pick up my order and the store was closed. They charged me. The next day I called to request a refund and they refused to reimburse my money. Instead the guy insisted on telling me to use my common sense multiple times. He told me that the employee I saw sitting in their car, I should’ve told them to open the store and make my order. This place definitely needs a better manager. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Kaylee did an amazing job making my bowl and made the portions LITERALLY PERFECT! BEST YOGURT ICE CREAM IN EL DORADO HILLS. I couldn’t have found a better restaurant near me. Number one nice cream shop in all of Sacramento. Five star restaurant FOR SURE!! With amazing customer service, even gave me a huge discount!!
Excellent service! By far the nicest Pinkberry location I been to yet! I am super indecisive and the young man at the front was so quick to give suggestions and offer me samples. The place was super clean and all of the employees had smiles on their faces, greeting every person that walked through the door. I will 100% be back!
