I drove 50 miles to taste my favorite flavor, TART PLAIN. The clerk said the team the night before, forgot to prepare the machine. They only had two flavors available. Neither of which were choices I would make if they had several flavors available. DISAPPOINTED DISAPPOINTMENT DESPAIR…100 miles, round trip for what: DISAPPOINTMENT!
This Pinkberry location only has 4 flavors of yogurt, when there are at least 30 that could be available. The yogurt I did have tasted fine, but I was very disappointed in the lack of selection.
Only had 3 flavors. Filled to the brim where toppings were just falling off because there was no room in cup. The flavors tasted odd
Positive: Employees were really nice. Con: This location isn't your typical frozen yogurt place. Maybe I had the wrong idea, but I walked in expecting it to be like your typical frozen yogurt shop with a wide selection. Nope! There were only two flavors available the day I visited and the texture of the frozen yogurt was off.
I recently visited Pinkberry and loved it! The yogurt had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy and they have a variety of toppings available!!
