I always love a trip to Pinkberry! This time, I tried the blueberry lavender flavor with fresh berries, and it was absolutely delicious, light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The staff was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Can't wait to come back and try more seasonal flavors!

I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone know that the amazing employee, Sarah, at the Pinkberry Westbank (3300 Bee Caves Road, Westlake Hills, TX 78746) location was an absolute angel! She was amazing and went above and beyond during our visit on 3/1/25!! She had such a great attitude and did a fantastic job handling our large order that included a regular & large yogurt as well as a few Take Home Yogurts since we are from San Antonio! The staff were very energetic you could tell there is a good working atmosphere Wich effects their customers service they were so friendly and smiling. They were very patient when there was a line and I couldn't make up my mind. The desert was very delicious and the place was clean and smelled nice I will definitely go back
Great service and yogurt with lots of yummy toppings. Tables, Floor, and Bench were filthy with toppings, napkins, & yogurt on the floor. The manager was working hard but the staff was standing around talking.
