I stopped in this nail salon randomly because I broke 3 nails on a Sunday. It’s near my house, so I thought I would try it. Very nice inside, with good music playing, lots of colors and polish to choose from. Tom did my acrylic full set- coffin shape, and they came out so beautiful. Horrible experience.
My ninety year old mom goes to this nail salon. She lives in Arizona and I live in NY. When I was in AZ I found the salon and took my mom. She has continued to go there. Each time she goes she tells me how nice the young man treats her. This week he put two cushions behind her back and even brought over a dish of water so she could wash her hands, so she didn’t have to get up. When she was done he even walked her to her car. I'm not one to ever complain but I'm very disappointed in this place. I am Brand new to the area and thought I'd check it out. I asked For coffin shaped ombré acrylics. My nails were THICK long and nothing at all like what I asked for. I paid $65 to have to immediately go to another salon and have someone fix this. I'll post photos of what I asked for, what I got and then how someone else fixed them the best they could.
