My experience was less than ok! I did not feel welcome! They used the same tools on everyone! They were in a bowl with a lot of other tools that were used on previous customers and were not sanitized. I felt like I was bothering them by being there. I had my 5 year old granddaughter with me and no one else was there and they were going to charge me to use their WiFi and wouldn’t let her watch cartoons on YouTube. I spent almost 4 hours and $240. i went here thinking i was going to love it w all the reviews and the bad experiences i've had at other salons, but most definitely not a place you want to go to. for one when i walked in they were rude and didn't even greet me, two no one even talked to me, three they put stiletto nails i didn't even want and when i said i wanted square i got an attitude from the nail tech, my nails were so thick i couldn't even stay. the pictures on there website are definitely not the nails they do in person. i'm so disappointed.

I went in to get my face waxed and ended up getting burned and over waxed. I had scabs on my eyebrows and face during my vacation. Also very spendy for a subpar job.
