Went here b/c of the 20% off back to school sale & needed nails in a pinch. Wish I read the reviews b/c this is the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. TL;DR STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! They deliberately damaged my nails & I ended up w/ uneven acrylics. Acted annoyed when I advocated for my needs. NAIL DAMAGE: I booked a take-off of my current set. The tech started by forcibly ripping off the acrylic on my thumb w/ a tab. I wish I had just left at this point b/c that’s a huge RED FLAG. That rips off layers of nail! When I asked ... read more
Very unwelcoming . Gave off the impression I was a burden choosing their establishment. Filed my nails and I paid and went elsewhere. When I am going to spend my money, I appreciate kindness.
Went here for a full set with 2 simple stars. The stars are deformed, another customer came in and she sped up the process. A few nails aren’t properly glued on. She tore up the skin on my pinky, adding a photo. about to add the topcoat while the nails looked practically clear, asked her to do another coat, acted very rude the rest of the appointment. Don’t go here.
I have been here multiple times because 1) they are close to my house 2) the gel polish has only chipped once. I usually am given the same nail technician. She is ok as long as you don’t interact with her or ask for anything regarding your nails. You will be met with a very intentional eye roll. Most recently I came in for a gel manicure. Before I even sat down I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was 6 solid nails and 4 nails with a specific design. She assured me she could do it.
