called for an order to be made, went to collect it and the place was shut, called multiple times no answer, doors were locked and everything, PATHETIC

Lovely experience visiting this little florist. They had all my aunts favourite colours and were able to create the most beautiful bouquet, which she just loved. The kind lady even offered me a cup of tea whilst I waited for her to create the bouquet 🩵
Received flowers and bottle of wine on 6th January for my birthday from my son in Mackay, after 4 days my flowers were nearly dead and I had to throw most of them out. Not happy and don't recommend this florist. How disappointed to receive such bad service. Won't use this florist again.
Very expensive and not that great. Better off getting Coles bunches .
