Awesome! Coming out of my "busy season" the house was a disaster. I had dust bunnies the size of cats and Christmas is in a couple days. My friend recommended Pink Touche and they were so quick to respond. They fit me in quickly and cleaned from top to bottom.. EVEN THE OVEN!! It looks brand new!! Thank you THANK YOU!
Garbage. Apparently their definition of "deep clean" is different from ours. Heavy dust on fridge, grease/soot on top of kitchen cabinets, moldy shower, dusty blinds throughout house, dusty air vent covers, dirty base boards, and on and on. They were even prepaid to clean the garage but 2 weeks later that has yet to happen. Not even an offer to pay us back. Unacceptable service!

Well this has just hit the harassment stage. You didnt prepay for anything. WE NEVER ACCEPT PAYMENT PRIOR TO SERVICE UNLESS YOU LIVE OUTSIDE of the 757 area code. We didnt set an appointment date. Now you're wife has left a review and now you. Your point made or not is irrelevant. We offered to reclean IMMEDIATELY after we heard you were disgruntled. Thats ALL we have for you. It was declined so we wish you and your family the best. GOOD BYE!
They are awesome! I used them for my move out cleaning last year and they did an awesome job. We will be using them again at the end of August. For their price and work you can't go wrong.
Very friendly, but HORRIBLE job actually cleaning. Also said they would be back the following morning to finish the oven and even with asking if they forgot and being told they were on the way, they didn't show up until about 12:30 in the afternoon when I was on the way out the door to take care of other obligations. Smelled good when they left, but that's about it. So I paid A LOT of money to basically have Febreeze sprayed all over the house.
Took care of my move out and can't wait to have them come in for my new home. Very personable, friendly and I look forward to being a customer as long as I'm here in the area!
