Arrived on time early, Monsur introduced himself and told me how long it will take. Was really quick efficient and Monsur was very professional. Would use thme again.
Made a booking for 1pm. The mechanic rang at 12.30 said he couldn’t make it until 5pm. Rang at 5.30pm when he hadn’t showed and he said he was half an hour away. I called again at 6.30 when he hadn’t showed and he didn’t answer. Rang the company to reschedule for then next and they didn’t answer. Would have been quicker, cheaper and easier to just gotoamechanic.
Terrible. I’ve used them twice in the past but never again. Booked a mobile pink slip inspection for 3pm, by 3:15 no one had turned up or let me know they were going to be late, called the head office and re-booked for 9am the following Wednesday (today). Today I woke up to a message saying the mechanic was off sick and I’ve been rescheduled for the same time tomorrow. Since I’m not free tomorrow I called to re-book for 3pm. Fantastic friendly mechanic trustworthy and professional thanks mate
On the day, I received a message alerting me the mechanic is on his way to my place. When he arrived, he politely introduced himself and explained how long it would take to complete the process (15-20mins). Once completed, he then explained what he has done and organised payment. It was the most convenient way to get Pink slip resolved without leaving home. Will surely use this service again next time.
