Shady business practices. Will consistently cancel on your home if you are a nice agreeable customer. Employees came into my home reeking of weed and cleaning chemicals.

This customer was last served by us 3.5 years ago (in the spring of 2021). They had a disabled person in their home that they wanted cleanings based on a certain schedule. Our company made efforts to accommodate their needs, but also tried to express our scheduling limitations to the customer. We continued to try to work with them, until a point where our employees were being yelled and cussed at by this person. At that point we no longer were able to put our staff into that environment and had to part ways. In regards to ... read more
