The hotel itself is not bad, but the staff responsible for check-in are very poorly informed. Even though I had my receipt and proof of my reservation, they still tried to charge me twice the agreed amount. After making me go through a long and stressful situation, they had to admit they were wrong. The manager was also very inattentive. We loved our stay! Service was impeccable. A bit pricey but overall absolutely loved it. True family friendly vibe. Loved the activities and pool area. Beach was great, chairs and umbrellas were provided as well as kayaks and paddleboards. So fun!
