The best massage ever!! Friendly staff.
I had a pedicure 08/01/2025. Not a good experience. Very painful, he kept digging his fingernails into my skin. The tool they use to file the heels is no way meant for a pedicure(I should have taken a picture, I added a picture of what they used). I believe it was a cheese grater. I'm not being sarcastic. The water was cold. You could almost see through the white towels that were dirty gray. Never again!
Wife went in for a manicure to use a gift card she had, but they refused to accept it because when it was purchased and given to her, it said pedicure on card. Not very polite and wasn’t very open to try and make things right. No good for a new customer experience. Services provided were good though management sucks. Wife got a call from store and they apologized for the misunderstanding. They wanted make up for it now or in a future visit.
Got my nails done with them for the first time and the service was incredible. Loved it as the finishing is up to par
