Got a spa Mani Pedi there a few weeks ago. Pedi was ok (nothing special) but the guy who did the manicure used an arbor band on my bare nails (as a nail tech I know better, you NEVER use Arbor bands on cuticle work). As it's grown out I've realized he left deep divots in my nail bed (aka 'ring of fire'). I emailed them a message about it but never received the courtesy of a response. Very disappointing, as all 10 nails have been left in a weakened state.
I need to rave about pink rose nails on prince of wales- they are incredible and the absolute sweetest. Not only do they do exceptional manicures and pedicures, their service is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel special and provide the ultimate in pampering. Linda and her team think of everything. I love spending time there ❤️ thank you for all that you do
