Avoid at all costs. Took insurance money, never did the work, and haven’t been able to reach them in 6 months.

If I could give less than one star, I would. After a burst pipe in our kitchen in April, 2023 we hired Pink Restoration. It was a total disaster. Not coming when they said they would; showing up when they weren't expected; improper work; most kitchen cabinets arrived scratched and damaged...installed them anyway; didn't get any permits which WERE required and more. It is now November, 2024 and the work is unfinished. Had to involve the ROC. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is a shady operation they never show up on time or even on the day they say they're going to their work is less than professional and they gouge for it beware they will take advantage of you and your situation and it will drag out for many months dragged out for many months for us and the results were poor

Pink Restoration was a godsend. Carlos exemplified professionalism, patience, understanding, and unwavering support. Felipe and Francisco showcased exceptional professionalism, integrity and work ethic, evident in the impeccable quality of their work. Their attention to detail and cleanliness were remarkable, leaving no room for error. I would undoubtedly turn to them for any future repairs without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend their services.
