I had an amazing experience with this Pink Puffin. Phillip went above and beyond to get my new bike set up perfectly. Even though being clearly very busy, he was incredibly supportive and accepted my bike as a drop-in after some issues from transportation. Called them and they picked up immediately. Have a presta valve on my bikes tires and they said they have the adapter for it and could use their pump. I’m not a bike guy but they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even helped me pump my tires. Very helpful couple of lads, and would always recommend to a friend. 10/10
Surprise $100 wash on the receipt. Has happened to a few of my friends now too. I would like a call about any extra charges beyond what I drop off and agree to. Can wash the bike myself.
