I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before leasing from this establishment. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for over 22 years and have leased salon suites for nearly 12 years. Unfortunately, this has been my first less-than-pleasant experience. BEWARE: You will not get your deposit back. The owner stated it would take 30-45 business days which is just a made up number on her end.
WARNING!!! DON’T RENT HERE!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! If you’re thinking about being a tenant here or at any of her locations DON’T!!! Natalia (the owner) is a liar! I rented a suite here for a year, to move in you must pay first and last month rent and a deposit (my rent monthly and deposit was $750). In the suite agreement it states that you will receive your deposit back. This lady has lied to me several times about when she’s going to send it back.
