I love this place. Owner and staff are super friendly. Salon is clean and beautiful. You feel seen and pampered. I've been to many nail salons that didn't understand why I asked for cuticle oil or why I asked for "gentler" service. The nail tech I went to, Rosio, is amazing and sweet. She knew what to do without me asking. Kudos to not only her but the entire team and the owner, who's successfully created a place to generate wealth and success. Can't wait to see them again at my next appointment.
I’ve been seeing Rosio for about 5 months now and it has been the most reliable nail experience I’ve had in years!! You can make appointments online, in person, or over the phone and you can pay AND TIP with a card. My appointment always starts and finishes on time. Rosio will actually cut my nails (imagine?!) and shapes them perfectly for the length. I get a hard gel refill and my nails consistently last 3-4 weeks without chipping, lifting, or peeling. I went to the nail salon previously and when I left I was wondering why my toe was hurting so bad. I just thought it was maybe a cut because I had polish I didn’t know my toe had changed color until I went to get them done again. I don’t know what went wrong but be careful
