Great view, good food especially the coconut shrimp but the server joe (I'm sorry joe) was awful. Very slow to serve drinks and blamed it all on his bartenders (a big no-no if you're a team player.) With only two people inside the bar it was hard to believe. Either way service was poor at best. Waited forever for second round of drinks only to have to go inside to place an order with the BARTENDER. 18% gratuity on bill for party of six...shame on you pink pony. Would likely not go back.
Awesome place Kevin is the best waiter. Great karaoke. Good for families in day time and great bar for night life. We will come back if we visit gulf shores
Awesome experience. I always make at least one stop here every trip to the Gulf.
good food, non watery drinks, will work with vegetarians/vegans :) but very SLOW or forgetful service & creepy body guard some days
I absolutely love the pink pony. Almost every time we go Kevin aka Chris Rock has been our waiter and he is awesome. I Love Pink Pony!!!
The food was good, however, our server brought us the wrong nachos. We ordered the shrimp & crawfish, and were served chicken. When we brought it to his attention, he basically said there was nothing he could do about it, so we ate our supper. When we got the tab, we brought it to the managers attention and she gave us a great big $2.00 discount, and told us we should've said something when we were served and we explained that we had and were told there was nothing he could do. We had an amazing time singing karaoke with everyone last night!! It was the highlight of our stay in Gulf Shores!!! :)))
Best find in Gulf Shores!! The atmosphere, food, and service is amazing!! Request Deanna she's the best and we want to take her back to Kansas w/ us!!!!
