Service was horrible. We asked three people to wipe down our table. Waited forever for a server. We had to finally wave one down a few times. Asked her to wipe down the table. We placed our drink order. Drinks came about 15 minutes later and table was still not wiped down. There were two other tables around us outside that also were experiencing the Same issues. Check the prices first !!! My son asked for a root beer float. He got a 12 oz cup of root beer and a half full cup of ice cream and we were charged $13!!! Ridiculous!
One of our most favorite places to visit when we go to the beach!! � LOVE IT!!
My family and I went there for dinner. We sat outside on their apparently very unsafe bench tables. My mother n law stepped away with the two kids and when my wife went to sit down in the same side as me, the whole table tipped over, food, drinks and all. We were covered in everything that was on the table. Instead of the manager stopping out to apologize and comp our bill for this extremely embarrassing experience. what a dump! service is rotten and very unfriendly place ...no customer service of any kind...unclean .....this dump of place brings down all the good places in Gulf Shores......there are far more nicer friendlier places to spend your money
Food and atmosphere was good. However we had to wait over an hour to get our food. Had to keep reminding the waitress to bring drinks. For the amount of customers vs staff the service was definitely lacking. Not able to recommend this establishment to anyone. Definitely could use Bar Rescue.
At best, it was OK. The seagull on the deck was more entertaining. But the drink we has was good.
we ordered and waited and waited! Never got our appetizers. Someone forgot to turn them in. Beer was good though. They can’t handle a crowd. We were standing at the door when they opened.
Worst customer service! They were incredibly rude and treated us poorly, food was disgusting and the manager was very unprofessional
