I’ve been going to Pink Polish for a couple of years and have generally had great experiences. The artists are talented, welcoming, and usually a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, my last few visits have not been the same quality I had come to expect, including gel polish beginning to chip within days. My most recent appointment was especially disappointing. I have been going to Pink Polish to see Sarah for almost a year now. Every single time I bring Sarah an idea she knocks it out of the park. She has a perfect blend of talking to me and allowing me to be quiet and just receive. She remembers things we talked about at our last appointment each and everytime and is just so thoughtful. Came here because I had seen a Tiktok about this place but was disappointed here for a couple reasons. First, the cateye effect shellac/gel polish that I chose from one of the charts that were displayed, did not match the color in the bottle. The nail tech was nice enough to erase it and ask me to pick another color so I do. But the second bottle also doesn't match the chart color displayed either.
