Got my haircut by Georgia and she seemed to have mixed up the overall length I wanted with the length of the shortest layer. I was very clear about just wanting the dry ends off and indicated how much I would like cut, then told her I would like the shortest layer to be about the height of my chest. I didn't think there would be any misunderstanding since she seemed to understand that I wanted to maintain about the same length. I came in with about 4 different colours of hair and Georgia did a colour correction for me. It came out amazing, my hair looks so much better! Will definitely be recommending.
