We came across this bakery while walking along Cottage Street and so glad we did because we ended up there 3 times during our visit to Bar Harbor. Incredibly nice owners who recognized our return and greeted us as if we were longtime friends. Our go to ended up being their delicious blueberry pie slices-DELICIOUS! Flaky, homemade crust. We paid 21 dollars for two coffees nothing else. They were 16 oz each. The price point is crazy, there’s no seating and the coffee was mediocre at best. I’m not really sure why it’s cash only and we decided to go for it to support a small business but we got out 40 dollars, not thinking we would need that amount of money to cover two coffees….
Great cheesecake, even available with a gluten free crust. Also have fresh-piped (not gf) cannolis. Main downsides are that it's cash only, the desserts are a bit expensive, the espresso was a little sour, and there can be pretty long waits in the line.
Perfect little pastry shop! The chai latte is one of the best I’ve ever had.
