I had one of the worst experiences at Pink Nails in Sunnyside, Queens. I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. I don’t remember the name of the nail tech but she wore glasses. First of all, the nail tech was rushed and careless. She barely acknowledged me, didn't ask what shape or length I wanted, and when I tried to explain, she rolled her eyes and acted annoyed. I’m sad to write this, but I hope it helps others. I’ve been to this salon over 10 times because it’s affordable, but the service and communication have always been pretty disappointing. Gel nails from here usually start peeling on the sides after about a week. If you don’t speak Spanish, they barely try to communicate. They don’t even ask simple things like if the nail length is okay or if you want anything touched up. They also tend to add extra charges without telling you.
