I came in and the owner asked me “what do you want?” Then told me I should learn how to make an appointment. Also that he had an appointment and cant take me at all today. I was pretty nice about it. This buisness etiquette threw me off guard and made me feel unwelcome though.
I have been coming here for a few years now, and I absolutely love it. The salon its self doesn’t look fancy, however the level of knowledge and professionalism is the absolute best. I’ve been seeing James the whole time, and he does incredible work, very detailed, and very fair. I’ve seen others too, and love them all and it always feels like family. Good quality service and the family like atmosphere keep me loyal and coming back.
Hello I started coming here when I was 15 I’m 26 now that’s over 10+ years because they are really good!! I’m very picky tbh since I started getting my nails done very young it’s made me realize the little things that technicians can do to improve your nail bed and quality and they always meet my expectations every time.
