On 2-14-2026 I had made an appointment and showed up for my appointment. Before sitting down I was asked to see the photo and was given a price of $65. During the appointment I was not talked to or acknowledged. My nail tech lily who in which told me $65 went up to the counter after my appointment and put into the system $90 and put it in as an additional charge. Our group of 4 booked an appointment for 1pm a week in advance. We showed up and were told it would be a wait for us to sit together. If you book as a group you would assume you would be able to be seated together? They sat 2 of us, only started on one and over an hour later still only one person being worked on. If walk ins are more important you shouldn't take appointments. Two people from our group walked out, and the 3rd left without getting work done. Amazing customer service! They were absolutely incredible with my 4 year old for her first mani/pedi and they did such a great job on my pedicure. Would definitely recommend!
