Not very happy with this situation. I went in, first time to get my nails done (fiance was purposing that night so I wanted them to look good!) I tell them I want gel build. I got that done for 5-6 yrs with a private tech that sadly doesn’t do nails anymore. After telling the guy twice I wanted gel, he does acrylic. Fine. 4 days later, one nail pops off. Next day, 2 nails are coming off and I had to glue them down. A week total, another nail pops off. Down 2 nails and 2 are hanging on by nail glue. I go up there after a week... read more

Jacyndah is not lying. Again yall take zero accountability!! Yall charged my credit card and said it didn’t go through when in fact it did unbeknownst to me at the time. So I handed you my bank card. You then swiped it and said hmm it didn’t work let’s try again. I had three charges total one on my credit one card and two on my debit card all at 87 to 91 and some change. Called in for pricing was told $5 for soak off & $35 for a fill. Asked for an appointment for 1 soak off for someone & a fill for another person. Went in & had services done to be told AFTER that it was $40 for a fill and $10 for soak off. When I explained I was told differently she told me I should have looked at the menu. Will NOT be back. Make sure you look at prices before having services done even if someone working tells you.

Tried to steal almost 200 dollars from my mother. She got her nails and toes done, they continued to run 3 of her cards claiming they declined. Every card transaction went through and were ran for slightly different amounts which tells that was 1000% purposely done. When she noticed and went in to ask about the transactions they treated her as if she were a liar and told her the owners would be in touch. My sister and I love going to PINK for our nails! They always do a great job and are very friendly. It's our "go to" nail salon in Derby!
