Used to be a loyal customer because this place is 3 min from my house but after a while I noticed, I was not being treated like one. They were never really that nice to me, and I always felt like they were overcharging but I went out of convenience. It’s been 3 years and they still don't remember my name, or how to spell it! My nails were all the same length I asked the manicurist to make them a bit shorter. One hand he did was fine. The other hand he made extremely short and was not apologetic at all. He just laughed and continued. He offered to give me extensions but I already was sitting there for 45 minutes and my powder manicure was practically done.
