Needed acrylic nails removed. Instead of filing them down or soaking them, they pried them off with a nail extension. It ripped the top layer of my nail off and when I expressed my pain they acted sorry then kept prying my nails off. It was very painful but they continued because "it's faster this way"
They did a great job, lots of attention to detail.
