Came in at 7 for a pedicure just for them to say they’re close when the website and door says it closes at 8.
Tiffany use to do my nails and I will never step foot in there again. Her lack of communication and customer service skills is horrible. She does not make it convenient for customers when scheduling. There is no scheduling site. She literally gives you her cell phone number and ask you to schedule that way and may or may not get back with you for a couple of days. They do a really good job they just need more people it’s best if you make an appointment if not your waiting for over an hour
I had such a great experience getting my nails done here! Diane was super friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely love how my nails turned out — the shape, the color, and the attention to detail were all on point. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail services!
I love Pink Nails! Everyone is so friendly! I love that they don’t rush to get finished so they can move onto the next client. I’ve been going here for about 5 months now after searching all of Jeffersontown looking for a great place to get my nail dip and pedicure done. Pink Nails is the winner by far.
