I had a terrible experience at this nail salon tonight. My nails were very ugly so I let them know that I did not like them and to take off the shellac after doing so they then informed me that I can’t do nothing else in the salon besides, get the shellac taken off and leave when I was going to get my eyebrows done also. This is my favorite nail place. I’ve been coming here, 20+ years. I get taken care of very well everybody is so nice and attends to their customers quickly. I will continue coming. Rose is my favorite nail technician.
Very friendly but this is so sloppy. Did not feel like arguing so I didn’t speak up 💔$50 for this sloppy work
