Disappointed - Wouldn’t Recommend I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They essentially denied me service and lied about their prices. I came in for a soak-off and a full set with chrome, but they completely made up a new price despite having the prices clearly listed on their board. What’s worse is how unprofessional they were. I had a horrible experience here and would not recommend. I was there for almost 3 hours because they couldn’t do a simple star design and kept messing my nails up over and over again. They looked like dinosaur claws. On top of that my nail fell off with less then a week and they charged me $10 to fix it. The girl who fixed it was super rude and came off just annoyed and miserable to be there. One girl was nice, the others were all horrible. Went in for a gel x removal and she e-filed it despite me saying that it was gel x and could be soaked off. Still had gel on my nails so she went back for round two and cut/filed/buffed my nails so short and thin to the point they were in pain. So disappointed, it’s going to take me months to heal this damage.
