I go with a group of girls to Monday night yin. I just started yoga this past year (2013) & I absolutely love it. Haven't felt this good or been in such good shape since high school. I love the pink lotus!! & thank u for introducing me to swing class!! Its intense & an amazing work out!!
We take a group to the Monday night Gentle Yin and each week I feel better than the last - I'm continuing my practice on my own and find myself falling back on elements from class so often. Highly recommend!
