Communication here is actually appalling. I've had multiple situations where I cancel a clean but she turns up or vice versa cleaner doesn't arrive so I'm waiting around. Texted the owner weeks ago (cause admin only respond to emails occasionally) to dismiss my services cause of poor communication to which she said no worries yet here my cleaner still turns up today & tells me she wasn't even told I wanted to dismiss services all together? The owner of this business who is responding to complaints or concerns, Who also does not share her name or show her face is extremely rude, abusive, obnoxious, intimidating, threatening. When sharing concerns relating to the cleaning standards of Pink Ladies be aware you will receive a tirade of abuse. Employees while on duty engage in gossip and complain to their clients about their own lives and the lives of others and they never smile. Poorly managed. Core values are non-existent.
Amazing service! Hayley is extremely friendly and polite. She really cares about her clients and the service they get. Highly recommended!
Pink Ladies went above and beyond to help us in a pinch and didn't compromise one bit on excellent quality and professionalism. Not only are they amazingly knowledgeable and diligent in their work, Hayley in particular was an absolute angel to deal with and so incredibly caring in her service, along with Jackalyn's impeccable attention to detail and supporting and positive attitude. I'm actually thrilled to hire them again soon!
