We recently changed to Pink Flamingo Pool Company and they have been great. Today Jon came out and did a normal weekly cleaning but also we had the salt cell cleaned and the filters cleaned and he did an amazing job. The pool looks beautiful and the pool system is working better with clean salt cell and filter. Thanks!
Pink Flamingo has made being a first time pool owner absolutely amazing!! When calling for a free look at the pool they identified a couple ongoing issues. I appreciate their patient approach to deducting the root cause of the issue. Michael, Lauren, Dale, Anderson(?), and Matt(?) have all been professional and communicative! We started off using another company prior to Pink flamingo, and we are so happy we made the change! They are timely, thorough and have addressed any concerns I’ve had ! Highly recommend this team ! Thank you for keeping our pool clean and maintained!
While the technicians were very friendly, they rarely gave us instructions on what to do until their next visit. We never received a direct response to our questions from the admin. Maybe it was because we did not sign up for monthly maintenance but rather hired them to do cleaning and repair. Disappointed.
Excellent customer service all around at Pink Flamingo Pool Co.! Great response time, great communication with the techs. Pool is always clean and water is always well balanced.
