Mike is awesome to work with. Showed me multiple units as I was unsure as to which size I needed. Mike is friendly with great customer service. I was very grateful for the courtesy call regarding my bill as I was unaware the my credit card had a fraud alert on it. Because of this courtesy call, I was able to take care of the issue.
Rented with them over a year and was the best experience with a storage company yet. Moved in the middle of one of My monthly and they just charged me the difference from the current and Pro rated it. Wasn't expected but they were totally helpful and friendly. Great custumer service. Didn't NOTICE any bugs UUUUUGH! I know that they can't control others but I was fortunately blessed.
Mike was awesome this morning getting us set up with an additional unit at Pink Door storage, they are so friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained, it's super easy to get in with their mobile app whenever we need to. There are plenty of units and sizes to choose from and the driveways are big enough to move a semi through! Highly recommend!!
