I would give this office 0 stars if I could. I gave them my insurance information over the phone before booking, and again, with my card, at the consult. I spoke with the receptionist, a medical assistant, and the dentist. Not one of them mentioned that they don't take my insurance. They scheduled my son's procedure anyway. Only when I checked in the day of the procedure did I learn I'd owe close to $500.
