This place is a scam. Me and my wife have good credit scores and made 3x what the cost of rent was going to be. They denied us and said they couldn’t verify rental history and pet verification. They never contacted my landlord for the history and I have proof of that. My dogs are ESA animals and I even told them that if to speed up the process is they we pay a fee and/or pet fee added to rent we would gladly do so.
