This was my first time coming to this salon. I read reviews that were not good but they also seemed to be negative based on a past employee. I'm so happy I went here. Indra was very knowledgeable. I had colored my hair red several months ago and wanted to go back blonde. I knew some reddish tint would stick around because that's what reds do. Lol. I’ve been here twice. The first time was perfect because I had Trinity who was an angel but since left. (See her review for her experience as well!). The second time I arrived with an appointment for Indra and I arrived 10 min early. After 15 min of waiting PAST my appointment I was finally approached and said they were short staffed and it would be a bit more. I explained I needed to leave at a particular time to go to Radford. I had the absolute worst experience at Pink Crush Hair Salon. I went years ago based on a recommendation from my roommate, but it was a total mistake. The owner had no idea what she was doing and clearly wasn’t equipped to deal with thick hair or people with tender scalps. The process was so painful that I ended up crying, and to make matters worse, the owner started laughing during it! I asked for highlights, and what I ended up with was a complete disaster. I am writing this 2 years later. My hair has still not recovered. I went in from blonde (asking to SHADOW ROOT/go DARKER) and I left GREY. Never trust these workers. I was supposed to be with the owner but when I showed up she mixed up scheduling and I was with a rookie man (I don’t remember his name). I will never be back and will die telling others not to come here. I should’ve honestly been paid for my damage.

Horrible Services and tbh she can't keep people because of how she treats them. This shop will be shut down before you know it.
