I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. If you schedule an appointment, you expect the person to be there and if they are not able to make it you expect them to communicate that to you. To be clear, I'm talking about the therapist not keeping the appointment and not communicating with the patient. If a patient does this, the clinic charges you for missing your appointment. This was for an initial appointment, what a terrible first impression and completely unprofessional.
Cant believe the disappointment I found here going through something very personal i was seeking help instead I got pushed away so at a time in my life I feel alone and everyone is drowning me I felt the same push back from someone I hired with my hard earned cash to help me through this do the same thing no help justs no words to describe the damage this place has added. They are there to judge and only help the ones they deem is worthy. HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SUICIDE.

I love pink couch wellness I’ve been with them for a year and the friendly staff the atmosphere is wonderful definitely a great experience I would recommend to anybody!
