This must be her friends reviews. IRENE is unprofessional & rude. If he can't handle the clientele, she shouldn't be on groupon. Called in to reschedule said she would call me back & DIDN'T then markes reedmed said no call no show.. Disputing charges! Asap
Honestly not even happy that i have to give a single star. This place should not be in service. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with them. I have purchased a Groupon on Mother’s Day and have called this place to book appointment multiple times and they NEVER pick up. I was FINALLY able to get an appointment in August at 1pm only for me to not be let into the building because it’s locked, and while someone finally lets me in there is nobody in the room. Purchased the 65 minute massage Groupon special and attempted to make an appointment for the service by phone and email and no body has responded yet so I requested a refund. If the special is no longer being offered than it needs to be removed from Groupon. So unprofessional
