Before purchasing anything from this company, I strongly recommend calling and speaking with someone first. My experience has been very disappointing. They rarely answer the phone, don’t return voicemails, and may take weeks to respond—if they respond at all. For a business, this level of communication is extremely unprofessional and leaves customers wondering what’s going on. Customer service should not be this difficult. Good luck

The new building threw me off at first once they just moved locations, but I ended up enjoying the service. The boutique owner's sister was really nice and I left feeling a lot better than how I came. I do wish that the owner mentioned her rebooking fee when I first called to schedule, but I'm glad I could make it to my appointment on time. Me and the bestie went to pamper ourselves at the Pink Caramel Boutique. I found this business on groupon. We both got a V Steam, we also got the cool gel like foot soak and a face mask along with a cup of wine. It was very relaxing and intimate. Irene is very nice. You get to put on the robe like gown to cover your self and sit on the chair with the small pot under with fresh picked herbs that has many health benefits for your yoni. This was a great experience. I will be coming back and I highly recommend.
