Edited: I wanted to love this place. I tried. I went there since they opened but their cancelation policy is ridiculous. They charge you the full price of the service if you cant make it. BIG heads up. As with other one star reviews I've looked at from this salon, there's a lack of professionalism. I'm so SAD because I wanted to love this place. Ilona has done my nails twice and each time has been amazing!
I’m normally not one to post reviews but this was a truly terrible experience. About a month before my wedding I called and made an appointment over the phone for the week of my wedding, they said they didn’t have anyone to do acrylics Wednesday- Friday and that I needed to do Tuesday, no big deal. We make the appointment and everything good. I recently started going to this salon, was finally very happy to find someone who could do my nails the way i wanted, after booking my 6th appointment i received a text that Gina had no longer been with the salon. When I asked if she had moved salons I was told they hadn’t had any information. and now they are still displaying her as an employee on the website. BEWARE!! false information don’t get scammed!! she has moved salons!! so upsetting.
Shelby did amazing on my nails. She took her time & did exactly what I wanted. Very cute & clean facility.
