Excellent experience. Dr. Piniella took the time to listen to my concerns and explain my allergy issues in a way that was easy to understand. I finally feel like I have answers and a clear plan moving forward. Highly recommend!
I had an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this physician and their nurse practitioner. During an appointment for my child, I asked a pretty straightforward question about a new medication. Instead of receiving information on the medication, I was met with a condescending response. When I pointed out that I was simply turning to them for guidance as professionals and there was no need for that kind of response, they became even more defensive. they helped me a lot with my allergies. i take my allergy shots there’s. there is free parking on the roof top right next to office very convenient
Had an excellent experience. Vero, the NP was extremely nice and understanding. Doctor Piniella did a great job going over my allergies with me and course of treatment. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
