My appointment was at 11am. I called at 11 after not finding the office parking and asked directions. I got to the office soon after and was filling out documentation when Dr. Piniella told the staff he couldn't see me until 1pm because I was not in the office at 11am. The staff mentioned I had called, but I could hear him in the back repeating that he would not honor the scheduled appointment. He never came out to speak with me directly, nor did he ask whether the reason for my visit was urgent or concerning.

I visited this doctor two or three years ago and at the time, was a bit too shaken to leave a review. To be frank, I felt tremendously violated by this doctor. He lacked professionalism, asked the nurse to leave the room so he and I were alone, and insisted I remove my mask (it was covid at the time) so we could “exchange germs,” which is said was very important. He also said my diagnosis was that I was a pretty girl with a bit of stress and told me he’d “do my husband a favor” by testing for allergies just in case. The whol... read more

Here on my third visit so far and they have been more attentive to my concerns than any other Allergist facility I have seen in the last year. I have had already three different kinds of tests, including patch test and I am returning next week for the finishing points to my allergy research.
