Had an excellent experience. Vero, the NP was extremely nice and understanding. Doctor Piniella did a great job going over my allergies with me and course of treatment. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
This doctor has the worst bedside manner and very unprofessional. If you don’t want to be screamed at, try to find someone else.

My appointment was at 11am. I called at 11 after not finding the office parking and asked directions. I got to the office soon after and was filling out documentation when Dr. Piniella told the staff he couldn't see me until 1pm because I was not in the office at 11am. The staff mentioned I had called, but I could hear him in the back repeating that he would not honor the scheduled appointment. He never came out to speak with me directly, nor did he ask whether the reason for my visit was urgent or concerning.
