Place is full of black mold they fix absolutely nothing and they have the audacity to kick people out for non payment yet they pay none of the companies that do work for them. A bulldozer is what’s needed for this place
The people who own Pinhook Sourh Apts. Are slum lords. Place is filthy. Trash all over. Management does nothing. I gave it a one cause couldnt go lower.
Extremely unprofessional and they don’t take care of the property rats trash everything is HORRIBLE save yourself the headache 💯💯
If you like rats, trash, being rob, cars on fire, nobody working in the office, bed bugs, broken windows, hot apartments and no calls for emergency then you'll love this section 8 approved place. From people being shot to the large pot holes! Hope your not scared of the dark cuz the lights don't work outside! You have been warned.
