I had used this service several times over the course of 15 years that I have owned my home. I needed some voluntary shrubs removed, as well as a quote on the two trees in my front yard. I set up the appointment with the office, explaining that I am now working out of state and would not be present during the appointment. I have used Ping's for thousands of dollars of work - taking down trees, pruning, treatments - since moving into our home 10 years ago. Their arborists are truly experts. Unfortunately, my last engagement went very poorly. The issue - they come and review the work you need while you are not at home to be able to discuss. This always made me nervous, but it has been ok in the past - probably because we were just taking entire trees down (straight forward).
