Not very friendly I went here to get braces and was very unhappy with them. They are not the least bit friendly and did not make my visits comfortable at all. They talked down to me and didn't treat me with respect. I know another person who had a son that went here too and they experienced the same treatment as I did. I would not recommend going here for braces.
