Worst np ever, i broke 3 ribs she sends the wrong referral yet again, she sends me to ortho, when in fact ortho does not mess with broken ribs, she didnt belive my ribs were broken because i wasnt bruised, but when my files from loma linda trauma bay come in she has no choice but to see im telling the truth, she has sent the same referral twice shes took it upon herself to switch my pharmacy from 986 to cvs, without asking first. Shes the worst np at this facility
Very unsatisfied. I dont think she believed i had 3 broken ribs because im not bruised. She told me go home and take tylenol. It wasnt untill she got my trama records from loma then all of a sudden i get muscle relaxers. I waited a week for the wrong referral, isnt the first time shes screwed up a referral. I feel like she just herds you in and out. Looking for a new primary
Feeling very lucky to have found a great provider. After relocating to the mountain community and having to transfer from a long time Drs. Office in the San Gabriel Valley (that's always a big adjustment). I have been so pleased with the thoroughness and follow up care of my primary (Ping Yang). She asks a lot of questions and has really been such a wonderful primary. I am so happy since switching offices to the little clinic up here. Everyone is very friendly and nice."
